We offer free returns within 30 days from the day your order is delivered or received.
That said, not all items are returnable. Any exceptions (like items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”) will be clearly noted on the product page or during checkout, so you’ll always know before you buy.
Goods Excluded from Returns
We want you to feel confident and happy with every purchase! However, please note that clearance items (promotion) and items purchased using store vouchers are final sale and non-refundable.
Additionally, we’re unable to accept returns in the following cases unless the item is faulty or not as described, and its seal remains intact:
Change of mind (e.g. personal preference regarding quality, color, size, or scent)
Used items, particularly for hygiene-sensitive products such as blankets.
To make sure your return goes smoothly:
Timeframe: Please start your return and pop the item in the post within 30 days of receiving your order.
Item condition: Your item should be in original condition, with all packaging and tags still attached, just like when you first opened it.
No final sale items: We can not accept returns on anything marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase, unless there’s a fault with the item.
Quick photo check: Before you send it back, just snap a quick photo of your item(s) and send it to us. This helps us check the condition and get everything sorted faster for you.
*Please Note: If you're returning part of a bundle, the discounted bundle pricing will no longer apply. That means any items you decide to keep will be charged at their regular sale price, and we’ll refund you the difference.
**Please Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to return those charges. We do not refund original or return shipping costs on returned items and please be aware that a shipping/restocking fee of approximately $15 per item will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
